Personal Data
Your personal data shall be obtained only to identify Owner to Pet for medical records.
We only use this information to send appointment and medication reminders by email, mail, text message or PetsApp push notifications, and to liaise with other veterinary professionals in regard to your animals care e.g. your insurance company, microchip company, referral centres.
Personal data is not transferred or sold to any 3rd Party companies for marketing or any other purpose.
We keep personal data for seven years as per our legal requirement.
Should you transfer to another veterinary practice, your permission will be required before data can be transferred to them. Your records will be retained securely for medical reference and our own legal requirements only.
If you wish to see your personal data held by the practice, you have the legal right to request this, and we are obliged to respond as soon as is reasonable within the 40-day legal requirement.
What Personal Data is kept about you?
Name, address, telephone number, email, or other preferred contact.
Any relevant consents given to animal care, eg: consent forms for operations etc.
Correspondence with other healthcare professionals regarding your animal, eg: Insurance, microchip and referring veterinary professionals.
